5 Ingredient Loaded Potato Cups
Ingredients:
- 12 Baby Potatoes
- ½ tsp. Salt, to season
- ½ tsp. Pepper, to season
- ¾ block (300g) Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 packet (200g) Diced Bacon
Directions:
- Pre-heat your oven to 180°C
- Boil the potatoes in your CHEF Round Casserole over medium heat until cooked
- While the potatoes are boiling, pre-cook your toppings using your CHEF Skillet
- Mash your potatoes once they have cooled down
- Grease your CHEF Oval Ramekins with non-stick cooking spray
- Scoop the mash into the Ramekins and flatten gently with spoon
- Add your desired fillings (bacon, peppers, etc.) and sprinkle cheese over
- Place in the oven at 180°C and bake for +-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted
- Garnish with freshly sliced spring onion and serve with a dipping sauce of your choice and ENJOY
