Easter Egg Brownies
Ingredients:
- 500g Snowflake Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 2 Large eggs
- 125ml Cooking oil
- 60ml Water
- 400g Speckled eggs
- 250g Mini marshmallows
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil and water. Add the brownie mix (included in the Chocolate Brownie Kit) and mix until smooth. Add the speckled eggs and marshmallows.
- Spoon the mixture in your greased Chef Rectangular Dish.
- Bake for +- 35 minutes.
- Using your Chef Oven Glove, remove the brownies from the oven and leave to cool. Serve with Easter eggs and enjoy!
