Easter Egg Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 500g Snowflake Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 125ml Cooking oil
  • 60ml Water
  • 400g Speckled eggs
  • 250g Mini marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil and water. Add the brownie mix (included in the Chocolate Brownie Kit) and mix until smooth. Add the speckled eggs and marshmallows.
  3. Spoon the mixture in your greased Chef Rectangular Dish.
  4. Bake for +- 35 minutes.
  5. Using your Chef Oven Glove, remove the brownies from the oven and leave to cool. Serve with Easter eggs and enjoy!
