Japanese Style Corn
- 4 sweetcorn cobs
- 60ml soy sauce
- 60ml honey
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Cook corn over coals until tender.
- Mix the ingredients together until honey is dissolved and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce has reduced to a thickish treacle.
- Add the sweetcorn into the soy reduction and coat while keeping the heat on.
