Ingredients
- 6 pork chops, 20mm thick
- garlic, crushed
- fresh ginger, chopped
- brown sugar
- olive oil
- soy sauce
- dry white wine
- Marinade
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 30ml fresh ginger, chopped
- 15ml brown sugar
- 15ml olive oil
- 15ml soy sauce
- 80ml dry white wine
Instructions
- First prepare the marinade by mixing ingredients together.
- Place meat in marinade and leave for 3-4 hours covered.
- Remove and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Grill meat on the braai grill for 25-30 minutes in total (medium-well done) or until cooked, basting frequently with marinade.
- Season with salt and pepper and orange zest.
